January 14, 2006: Sketch plan approved! The town of Hayden has approved the Sketch Plan for the development of Dry Creek Subdivision. The project, which is going to take place behind the former Dry Creek Pub & Grill, will consist of 7 storefront shops, 8 condominiums and will include 21 Town homes.

A special feature of the subdivision will be a walking trail along the Dry Creek. This trail will be connected to the proposed sidewalk between downtown Hayden and the post office.

As part of the subdivision, the former Dry Creek Pub & Grill will get a (asphalt) paved parking and entrance from HW40. One of the primary goals of RDCC at this time, is to get the restaurant open again as soon as possible.

January 10, 2006: This Thursday, RDCC will propose its sketch plan for the development of Dry Creek Subdivision in Hayden. If this plan will be approved, immediately the next step of the planning, the preliminary plat, will get all the attention of RDCC so they can break ground as soon as the building season starts. In the meanwhile, RDCC is looking for a lessee/buyer for the former Dry Creek Pub & Grill which is part of the new gained property.
