RDCC's most recent project is the development of 3.2 acres in the town of Hayden, CO. The project is divided in Creek View Town Homes and Creek View Plaza, which are both located on main street (HW 40), at a walking distance from the supermarket, post office and the Mountain Valley Bank. The construction of CreekView will start spring 2006.

Creek View will feature a walking trail along Dry Creek. The Town of Hayden plans on building a sidewalk connecting downtown with Creek View. Combined with Creek View's sidewalks, the whole area will be very pedestrian friendly.

Creek View Town Homes

Creek View Town Homes will consist of 21 town homes along Dry Creek.  These town homes will have 3 (or 2) beds, 2 1/2 baths and a one (or two) car garage with a finished square footage around the 1500 sf. Three out of the 21 units are especially designed to meet with the American Disability Act (ADA) standards.

The Town Homes will be built with three 5-plex and one 6-plex and will all have (asphalt) paved driveways with one extra outer parking space per unit.

Creek View PlaZa

Creek View Plaza will be a mixed-use, commercial / residential condominiums project. The lower level of Creek View Plaza will be built as a compact strip mall with 7 units for commercial/ light retail/ office businesses. There will be 4 units available with 640 sq ft., 2 units with 800 sq ft., and 1 unit with 1600 sq ft.

The Creek View PlaZa will provide sufficient parking space in front of the building for visitors and will have parking space at the back of the building for the property owners.

The second level can be used for either residential use or as expansion space for the businesses on the first level. The lower and upper levels can be connected by an internal staircase (for live/work purpose), but can also be bought separately. The idea is to make the whole building as flexible as possible to fulfill the buyer's needs.
