Rural Development Colorado Corporation is a real-estate development company, which is located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The company was started in 2004 to give answer to the quickly growing demand for real estate in the Steamboat Springs area. In addition to the development of real estate, RDCC is planning to start up its own retail division for certain building materials (planning to start with faucets in summer 2006).

The most important goal of RDCC is to deliver a high quality product for a fair price. This is realized by working with professional sub-contractors and with the use of products with a high quality-price ratio!
